Fitness Expo was held first time in 1996 but in 2003 it has grown as a multisports event as it is now. This year Fitness Expo will be held on October 8th and 9th at the Finlandia Hall in Helsinki. The event will gather thousands of bodybuilding and fitness enthusiasts throughout the sport during the weekend to follow the top-level competitions, and to explore the fitness industry trade shows.
Fitness Expo has always consist sports like Body Fitness, Fitness, Classic Body Building and Bodybuilding Finnish Championship are been held in Fitness Expo for years and last few years powerlifting competition Bullfarm Powerlifting Championships.

Mass Nutrition Bodybuilding Nationals:
Saturday: Pre-judging at 10.00, finals at 18.00
Tickets (combined Pre-Judging + Finals ticket) 40 Euro
Mass Nutrition Fitness Nationals (Fitness, Body Fitness and Classic Bodybuilding):
Sunday: Pre-judging at 10.00, finals at 15.00
Tickets (combined Pre-Judging + Finals ticket) 40 Euro
Bullfarm Powerlifting Championships
Saturday at 13.00, tickets 30 Euro
Tickets will be sold only at the Finlandia Hall Box Offices for the contests at the Fitness Expo Weekend!

Finlandia Hall in Helsinki is the leading congress, event and entertainment venue in Finland. Finlandia Hall is located in the centre of Helsinki on Töölö Bay. It is easily accessible from the airport and the bus and railway stations. Tram and bus stops can be found right in front of the building. We are a short walk from the city centre. Visitors are also welcome to use our car park, which has space for 400 cars.
There is space for over 400 cars in the car park. Access is from Mannerheimintie via Karamzininkatu.
